SHIPPING: When combining items for shipment, first item must pay full shipping cost and up to five additional items need only pay combination charges listed in winner e-mail. Items with shipping charges of $12 or more must pay the full shipping charge; these are too large to combine. International/Alaska/Hawaii customers pay higher charges than listed; contact us for details.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: 13% buyer's premium for absentee purchases from live auctions unless you are buying from ebaylive and then 20.5%. If paying by cash, money order or check, buyer's premium is 10% for live auctions and 17.5% for ebaylive.

Payment Terms for Credit Card Transactions: We have established the following guidelines for processing credit card orders. Customers who are not able to follow these guidelines need to pay by check or money order. Credit card orders which do not follow these guidelines will not be processed:

1. Orders may be placed by fax at 765-764-1516 or email to info@stoutauctions.com. We cannot accept any phone orders. Any customer calling by phone will be asked to fax or email us or pay by check or money order.
2. CVV2 code is required to process your card. In most cases, this is a three-digit number printed in the signature area on the back of the card.
3. All sales are as is, where is with no recourse by the buyer against the auctioneer, auction company or the seller.
4. A confirmation email with the total charged and date shipped will be sent when order is processed. No other emails will be sent regarding credit card orders, unless a shipment is late (UPS delivers in 4-6 business days, so do not check on a shipment before then).
5. Orders must include the Auction ID #, Final Bid, Shipping for each item, Sales Tax (if you are an Indiana resident), Buyer's Premium, and a total. Incomplete orders will be returned to the customer. We will keep your credit card number on file; you only need to send it the first time.
